Sleep Study

As demonstrated by Ethel Malvik, EFFORTS Member.  A Sleep Study determines what may be causing problems with drowsiness during regular "daytime hours"

Note all the electrodes attached to all points on her body including knees and several points on her head and arms, etc..

Our thanks to Ethel for providing this valuable information for our members.  It is a test that is a little tiring since you are monitored over 8 hours with constant "fiddling" with adjustments by the technician, to ensure all connections remain constant.  You "try" to sleep while all this is going on :>).  The end result is usually a diagnosis that with treatment, will allow you restful sleep.
